Beat Breaker is a low to high-energy 30-minute cardio session where a beat fuels your movement. Designed around BPM (beats per minute) intervals, as low as 40 bpm and and as high as 120 bpm. This 12-station circuit pushes you to match the rhythm, Slow can be hard work and fast can be easy. Elevate your endurance, and break through limits—one beat at a time!
