Do I need to be fit to join V2 Physique?

Not at all! We welcome all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or already training regularly, our programmes are designed to meet you where you're at and help you progress at your own pace.

What is functional training?

Functional training focuses on movements that improve strength, stability, and mobility for everyday life. Our sessions combine strength, cardio, and mobility work to help you move better, feel stronger, and avoid injury.

What are V2 Power Zones?

V2 Power Zones are our uniquely designed training pods within the studio. Each Power Zone allows small groups to train in a structured, progressive format, focusing on quality movement and time under tension for maximum results.

How many people are in each class?

Our classes are deliberately kept small, with groups ranging from 6 to 12 members per session. This ensures plenty of individual attention and a strong sense of community.

How often should I train?

We recommend training at least three times per week to see noticeable results. However, we offer a range of flexible membership options and class times to fit around your schedule.

What is the Four-Week Challenge?

Our Four-Week Challenge is a guided kickstart programme that includes goal setting, habit building, nutrition support, and structured gym sessions. It’s ideal for those looking to get started with us and develop strong foundations in health and fitness.

What is the Two-Week Trial?

The Two-Week Trial is a short-term introduction to V2 Physique. You’ll receive support, a welcome email pack, and access to sessions to get a feel for our gym before committing longer-term.

What is included in the challenges?

Each challenge includes structured training, a welcome email pack, habit tracking tools, nutritional guidance, meditation routines, assessment sessions, and support via our V2 Crew WhatsApp groups. Completion certificates!

What should I bring to a session?

Comfortable clean workout gear, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! Everything else you need – from kit to guidance – is provided in the studio.
